Welcome to Help Crew, a service provided by Vision Facilities and Security Manpower Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Help Crew website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Help Crew provides handyman services, including but not limited to home repairs, maintenance, and small renovations. The scope of services will be defined in the service agreement or work order provided at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: You can request services via our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any service request at our discretion.
- Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards and other specified payment methods. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: You must provide access to the premises where the service is to be performed at the agreed-upon time. If our service providers are unable to access the premises, you may be charged a service fee.
- Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that the work environment is safe for our service providers. Please inform us of any hazardous conditions before the scheduled service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services. However, Help Crew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Warranties and Guarantees Help Crew guarantees the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
8. Intellectual Property All content on the Help Crew website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Vision Consulting Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coimbatore. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions Help Crew reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
